The Touchard Meadows proposed development of 22 single-family homes will be located on North Rolling Road near Western Hills Park

Plans to bring 22 single-family homes to North Rolling Road was approved by Baltimore County.
The site is across the street from Western Hills Park. It will be zoned for Woodbridge Elementary School, which is only a short distance away, Southwest Academy Middle School and Woodlawn High School, according to Baltimore County records.

The developers are thrilled to have the project move forward since this process originally started back in January 2011.

Catonsville is a desireable place to live which translates to having a higher demand for a new home community.

They anticipate to sell all 22 new homes in one year based upon current market absorption.
