Lenny Grzeskiewicz

I am proud to be a Maryland resident born and raised! I graduated from Salisbury University in 2021 with a major in marketing and a minor in sales. Immediately following my graduation I was fortunate enough to discover my passion for real estate. I worked with a small family run property management company in Ocean City. I was the first employee ever hired and am honored to have helped grow the company from a $1,000,000 business to a $5,000,000 business. In my time there I built a real appreciation for real estate, witnessing everything agents go through in order to satisfy their clients needs. By managing other people's properties I was able to see the owner's needs as well, what they were looking for in considering a home a good investment, including the benefits and downfalls when purchasing specific properties. I am young and determined, striving to provide the best service possible when given the opportunity. My focus is to be the most responsive, caring, and motivated agent you meet.
