Josiah Martin

Born and raised in Maryland, I’m passionate about helping people plant roots, build equity, and create generational stability through real estate. Before becoming an agent with Corner House Realty, I spent three years teaching at an inner-city Christian school in Baltimore City — an experience that deepened my love for serving others and seeing potential where others might not.

Alongside my work in education, I’ve also been hands-on in real estate investing, completing two home flips of my own and partnering with a local pastor on two more. Those experiences taught me the value of vision, hard work, and wise stewardship — principles I bring to every client relationship.

As a born-again Christian, my approach to real estate is rooted in integrity, service, and a genuine desire to see others succeed.
