As a Maryland REALTOR® with Corner House Realty and a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®), I help buyers and sellers throughout Catonsville, Arbutus, Halethorpe, Elkridge, Ellicott City, and the surrounding Baltimore, Anne Arundel, and Howard County areas.

I've lived in the Arbutus/Halethorpe area for more than 35 years, so this isn't just an area where I sell homes. It is home to me. I know the neighborhoods, the communities, and a whole lot of the people who live here. 

One of the things I enjoy most about real estate is getting to know my clients and figuring out how I can make the process a little easier for them. Sometimes that's helping someone buy their very first home. Sometimes it's helping a family sell the home they've lived in for decades. And sometimes it's simply sitting down with someone who isn't quite ready to make a move yet and helping them understand their options. 

As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®), I have additional training to help adults 50+ and their families with the unique challenges that can come with a move. Downsizing and selling a longtime family home can be overwhelming, especially when there are years of belongings to sort through and a lot of decisions to make. I can help with the real estate side of things and also connect my clients with trusted local professionals for moving, clean-outs, repairs, estate sales, and other services they may need along the way. 

I work with buyers and sellers at all stages of life, including first-time homebuyers, veterans and VA buyers, investors, families who need a little more space, and homeowners who are ready for something smaller. 

I'm a big believer that you shouldn't feel pressured when you're making one of the biggest financial decisions of your life. I'll give you my opinion, I'll tell you what I see, and I'll make sure you understand your options. Then we'll figure out what makes the most sense for you. 

When I'm not working, I'm usually spending time with my family and my favorite black Lab, heading to the beach whenever I get the chance, fishing, hiking, or just enjoying being outside.
