As a Maryland native and Carroll County resident, Erica has been a licensed agent for over 7 years. Helping others is extremely rewarding for Erica, and after working for many years in the retail industry, she found her true calling in real estate. Representing Maryland and Pennsylvania buyers and sellers, Erica’s enthusiastic, can-do attitude and caring nature is ideal for identifying each client’s desires and skillfully guiding them to fulfill their real estate goals. Erica particularly enjoys working with First-Time Home Buyers to achieve their goal of home ownership and is known for her clear communication, expertise, and extra patience helping her clients find their perfect first home!

Erica has knowledge in all aspects of the real estate process with her start in the administrative field as a team administrator and transaction coordinator, setting her up for success in selling real estate. In 2017, Erica was recognized with a Gold Club Production Award from Carroll County Realtors and has won multiple Production and Recognition Awards from her brokerages. Erica feels incredibly blessed to work with amazing clients who become her friends and a strong part of her network.
