Dwain Ruckel

Dwain was born and raised in Ohio. After receiving his bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, he moved to Maryland to work for the government. In 2000, he made a career move into sales, where his contacts proved very beneficial. He moved to Carroll County in 2001, and has been there ever since. His past sales success is translating very well for him in Real Estate. The key points being: subject knowledge, hard work, attention to detail, not just hearing the customer but actually listening, and above all being 100% honest with them!
