History
Catonsville has a rich history dating back to the 18th century. It was named after Richard Caton, a prominent businessman in the area. Location
Catonsville is located in the Southwestern region of Baltimore County, Maryland, about 10 miles west of downtown Baltimore, and less than 40 miles from Washington, DC. It has a mix of residential and commercial areas with local businesses, shops, and restaurants contributing to the local economy.
