Michael Gosnell

Commercial Real Estate Expert

Michael Gosnell is a Maryland native and has been active in the commercial real estate industry since 2016. Michael was appointed to a board position on the Carroll County Planning and Zoning Commission because of his expertise in land use and development.

Mr. Gosnell completed his real estate salesperson license simultaneously while obtaining his degree in Business from Stevenson University.

In his role with CHR, Michael heads the Commercial Division growth efforts and assists with tenant and landlord representation activities for Retail, Office/Flex, Industrial and warehouse properties throughout the central Maryland region. This includes designing and completing real estate strategies for companies and organizations looking to enter or expand in the local marketplace, as well as managing leasing programs for existing or speculative buildings on behalf of owners and investors.
